We kindly ask donors to commit to covering 8 rounds at least , these will correspond to 4 hours in total. Please note that the 8 rounds timing is flexible, they can be performed simultaneously, consecutively or dispatched over the 24h of RMD duration.

Yes, there is no limit to number in the table booking.

The language used in each round depends on the program presenter?s preference. The used languages will be communicated within the catalog of support programs among which you will be choosing your 6 speed-meetings. .

The Deadline for pre-registration cultural and creative actors is on the 31 of March.

The event is taking place on a virtual platform called Eventizer. Once you pre-register, further information on the ways of its use will be communicated to you.

No, there is no pitching during the speed-meetings in this event, it goes the other way around. You will be seated at the table with 8 other participants, the host of the table is the representative of one of the chosen support programs. He will be explaining the program or support mechanism of interest in 15 minutes and then, you will have 15 minutes Q

The maximum number of rounds to attend is 6 rounds.

All kinds of participation in the RM Digithon are for free.

It depends on who you are. If you have a supporter for cultural and creative actors, then you should express interest here. We will then get in touch with you. If you are a cultural and creative actor, then you should pre-register here. We will shortly get back to you with a catalog of the support programs that fit your profile. There are three ways to participate to the RMD. If you are a donor, an investor, a business angel, an incubator, or any kind of support provider to the cultural and creative sector from anywhere in the world, then you are eligible to book at least one table in the RM Digithon. During the RMD you will present your support program to groups of art and culture actors. If you are an individual artist, a creative collective, an NGO, or a small start-up operating in the cultural and creative sector and seeking financial, technical, or any kind of support, then you are eligible to book a spot in the RM Digithon. If you are a cultural and creative actor eager to present your services or project to the community, then you are eligible to apply for the competition to be provided with a booth in the RMDigithon

Nothing special, a few weeks following your pre-registration you will be contacted to upload the event online tool, create your account and select the 6 speed-meetings of your choice. You only need to have a smart device and a good internet connection. For enhanced virtual experience computers are recommended but smartphones would do well too.
